Meet the doctor
Macy D. Poaps, DMD
Dr. Poaps grew up in Marion, South Carolina, and obtained her undergraduate degree at Clemson University, where she met her husband. They are Tigers fans all the way and enjoy attending football games any chance they get. The couple recently had their first child, a beautiful baby girl. To Dr. Poaps, God and family are the most important things in life. Aside from spending quality time with family and friends, Dr. Poaps enjoys painting, running, exercising, and playing tennis.

"Dentistry is my passion and a way I can serve my community. The aspect I admire most about dentistry is the gratification of seeing how I, as a dentist, can increase a patient's confidence and make a difference in his or her life by correcting their smile. I truly believe 'Happiness is only real when shared' (Christopher McCandless). My dream as a dentist is to share my blessings and happiness with others through my work."
